Billing Administrator with Russian and English

We are looking for Billing Administrator to join our Financial department!

  • Native Russian, highly proficient in spoken and written English (advanced level of Czech is a plus)
  • University degree (graduate degree is an asset)
  • Experience in invoicing, accounting/finance
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures (preferred experience in Czech Republic)
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers
  • Experience in Credit Card charges and PayPal accounts
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • High level of responsibility and an ability to manage confidential data
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Issue invoices to clients and follow up invoicing process
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Update internal clients database
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Additional responsibilities such as filing contracts, vendor forms, handling client requests
